Better than last year (wasn’t in it last year).

2.  Who do you think will win it all?

       Whoever Donnelly buys for us (you better have deep pockets)

3.  Predict one team that will get knocked out in the first round?

Long and Gaudette…..“Yours!”

4.  What is our favourite vacation destination and why do you like it so much?

Arizona – Sun, Golf, Food and 75 year old women

5.  Who is your favourite and least favourite hockey team and why?

Who cares?  Anybody but the Habs

6.     If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you want to play the lead role?

Who cares?  (Come on Steve you aren’t that boring – someone might be interested in knowing your life story)

7.     Pajamas, in the buff or something else?

Buff, naturally.

8.     Number of girlfriends/boyfriends in your life:  < 10, <25 or more than 25

More than 25 but fewer than 10 worth remembering – now that’s a good answer

9.     If you could trade places with any other person for a week, famous or not famous, living or dead, real or fictional, with whom would it be? 

Gilligan.  I’d like to know the answer to the Mary-Ann/Ginger question for sure.

10. If you could be a super hero what would you want your powers to be?

Give me Steve Austin’s bionic parts, plus Wonder Woman’s bracelets.  That should be enough.    (perhaps a new knee brace for your partner too?) 

11.     Tell us one thing about yourself that none of the Calcutta participants would already know?

My only hole-in-one was in a tournament, with a stroke.  Carded a ‘0’ for the hole…..nice!

12.     Who will give their partner the look more often – Gary Long or Ted Charuk or someone else (name that person)?

Gary – he does it when either he or is partner screws up.  Ted only shoots the look when his partner deserves it.

Mark Braden

1.     How do you think your team will do in this year’s Calcutta? If Kearns and I get a chance to have a beer together pre Calcutta then we should advance.

2.   Who do you think will win it all? Kearns/Braden as long as we have that pre Calcutta drink.

3.   Predict one team that will get knocked out in the first round? Kearns/Braden if we don’t have that pre Calcutta drink. (Ok I am seeing a pattern develop here - Mark will need a ride home on the 17th)

4.   What is our favourite vacation destination and why do you like it so much?

      Florida-Flying out of Buffalo or Niagara Falls, NY.

5.   Who is your favourite and least favourite hockey team and why? Minnesota Wild (Because they are good)-least favorite - Minnesota Wild (due to the uniforms) (Mark clearly a front runner - he wrote his profile when the Wild were in top spot - they'll be lucky to make the playoffs)

6.   If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you want to play the lead role? Jason Statham-he is buff like me.

7.   Pajamas, in the buff or something else? Hanes briefs.

8.   Number of girlfriends/boyfriends in your life:  < 10, <25 or more than 25-I used to know-can’t remember now. (another guy who thinks his wife will read the blog)

9.     If you could trade places with any other person for a week, famous or not famous, living or dead, real or fictional, with whom would it be? Happy Gilmour-You have to like that golf swing. (just remember to go to your happy place Mark!)

10.  If you could be a super hero what would you want your powers to be? Flash-I could use the speed to get to the front wall.

11. Tell us one thing about yourself that none of the Calcutta participants would already know? I am learning to eat chicken wings without a fork & knife. (Seriously he eats chicken wings with a fork and knife)
