CROOK/PETERS DEFENDING BFRC DOUBLES CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

What is the one team that you really want to beat in this year’s Calcutta? 

KEARNS/MORTON.  SEEN AS THE PRE-TOURNEY FAVORITES AFTER DISMANTELLING OTHER TEAMS WITH EASE IN PRE-TOURNEY CHALLENGE MATCHES.   BE CAREFUL - CANADIAN JUNIORS BREEZED THROUGH THEIR ROUND ROBIN ONLY TO FINISH WITHOUT A MEDAL ( But the Juniors are among the best in the world while I personally am just honoured to be on the same court as the likes of you and work on my getting out of the way game)

How do you think Byron broke his leg?

How do you think your team will do in this year’s Calcutta? 

WE WILL SURPRISE ALL NAY-SAYERS AND WIN ONE GAME IN OUR FIRST MATCH, THEN FINISH THE WEEKEND GETTING DRUNK ( Tasting the jager already)

If the Calcutta was like Survivor, who would be first voted off the island and who would be your favourite to win based on their ability to outthink, outwit and outlast the others?

 DONNELLY HAS TO BE THE FIRST VOTED OFF.  KINDA LIKE THE NEED TO CUT OF A DEAD PIECE OF SKIN OR CANCEROUS TUMOR.  SEEING AS GARY WHINES ABOUT HIS HANDICAPP LIKE A 3-YR OLD SCHOOL GIRL EVERY YEAR AND STILL SEEMS TO AT LEAST MAKE THE SEMIS, I’VE GOT TO PUT HIM AS MY FAVORITE…….THAT YETTIE!!

What is your greatest weakness?
 Sambuca………black lingerie………brunettes…………choose one……….. (Typical Friday night for Bill includes a late afternoon doubles game, a couple of beers with Sully, Stick Man and Commish, home for a couple of shots of Sambuca and then slip into his black lingerie and brunette wig for a night on Jarvis Street)

What is the most memorable or favourite sporting event you ever attended?

 “Way Back” in the 60’s I saw Joe Namath and the Jets lose to Jack Kemp and the Bills in Buffalo. On the last play of the game, Namath threw an interception which was run back for a TD. I can still see him sitting on his helmet in the middle of the field after the game had ended.

Who is your favourite James Bond girl? 

 Honor Blackman. I still get aroused(only emotionally now) when I think of her. (There are pills available for this Bill - Cass told me about them)

What are you most looking forward to in 2013?

 Buying a racehorse……..

Gaudette and Kelly………I really dislike both of them………..I especially want to wipe that “smirk” off of The Pirate’s face……….

 I think someone had him in a “pretzel hold”, he bit his balls, he jumped up, accidentally stepped on the large “vibrator” on the floor and broke his leg…………

 As long as we finish ahead of Gaudette and Kelly……….I’ll be happy………
