Has Darren finally got a partner set for the Calcutta or will he get his fifth partner since original teams picked?  What's the over and under on how many times these two will be caught on the same side of the court?  Following are Darren's and Sean's thoughts on the Calcutta and more.

How do you think your team will do in this year’s Calcutta?  Who do you think will win it all?

Sean will carry us in the first couple of matches but will wear out from the burden in the third round.

What is one team you really want to beat in this year’s Calcutta and why?

 Although I love the guy – I can’t lose to Andreas – he just picked up the doubles racquet!  (I didn't know there are different racquets for singles and doubles.  Next thing you'll tell us is there are right handed and left handed racquets)

Who is your favourite and least favourite hockey team and why?

Favourite – Leafs as I am a masochist.

Where did you grow up?

 I still have not grown up.

Describe something that happened during Covid that left you scratching your head?

 Everything that happened during Covid left me scratching my head.

Gary – as I feel bad for all the lonely chairs in the restaurant that will go without a dance partner.

Provide a name and brief description of a series you enjoyed watching on Prime or Netflix?

Gary (never wrong) Long and his Majestic Adventures in Far Away Places.  Basically, Gary with a GoPro strapped to his head in various locations around the world allowing the viewer a window into the never dull Gary World.  I have only seen the live action trailer to date – it was very strange but you can’t stop watching.  Can’t wait for the first episode being released in late January.  I believe the title is “Gary Checks the Plumbing in Thailand”.

The Leafs winning the Cup!!

The Calcutta - sorry to see Richard get hurt, but his misfortune allowed me to be the last player selected to play in the Calcutta.  I am not bitter.
